Manchester City Women have opened 2026/27 season tickets to general sale today, with Beth Mead placed at the centre of the club’s push for a bigger Joie Stadium crowd next season.
The general sale window begins on Tuesday 23 June and is currently scheduled to run until Monday 13 July, subject to availability, according to Manchester City’s season-ticket update. City say 500 new season tickets are being released on a first-come, first-served basis after a campaign in which the women’s team won the WSL and FA Cup and held a 100 per cent home record across both competitions.
Mead gives the announcement its obvious supporter hook. The England forward joined City from Arsenal earlier this month on a deal running until 2029, and the club has framed the sales push around the chance to see their new number seven in blue next season.
Mead gives City a timely sales hook
The practical change for fans is also significant. With the WSL expanding from 12 to 14 teams, a 2026/27 City Women season ticket now covers 13 league home fixtures, two more than before.
City have also confirmed an expanded junior age bracket, with under-16 season tickets now available to under-18s, while students, over-65s and disabled supporters remain eligible for discounted options. Cup schemes for the Women’s FA Cup and Champions League are available too, giving season-ticket members the chance to keep their seat for eligible home cup fixtures.
For City supporters, the timing is neat: Mead’s arrival has already lifted interest, and today’s general sale turns that excitement into an immediate decision for fans planning around the new season.
