- Walker names his three favorite teammates
- Two of them are Manchester City players
- Neither likely to be at the club next season
Kyle Walker has named his top three favourite teammates, and one of them just played his final match for Manchester City.
It has been a tough season for Kyle Walker, whose Burnley team suffered relegation from the Premier League directly after a 1-0 defeat to Man City.
However, the right-back has no feelings of bitterness towards his former club. In fact, he even attended the leaving party of Bernardo Silva and John Stones earlier this month.
And now, the ex-England international has shared a list of his favourite teammates, two of whom have worn the famous sky blue strip of the Citizens.
Kyle Walker names his three favourite teammates
Walker began by naming Dele Alli as one of the men he has enjoyed playing alongside the most. This makes sense, as they were teammates at both club and international level.
Jack Grealish was next up, a player who of course still technically belongs to Man City. However, he is likely to head off this summer after a season on loan at Everton.
Finally, Walker named John Stones, another teammate for club and country. And again, the defender will not be at City next season, due to the expiration of his contract.

Walker also acknowledges David Silva
While only two Citizens were able to make Walker’s favourite teammates list, he gave a different answer when asked about the best player he had ever lined up alongside.
Walker gave this honour to David Silva, who played for City during the 35 year old’s opening three years at the Etihad Stadium.
During that period of time, Man City won two Premier League titles, an FA Cup and three Carabao Cups.
What next for Walker’s favourite teammates?
Grealish will be looking to remain in the Premier League, after a season where he was doing well at Everton until picking up a lengthy injury.
With a new manager incoming, the winger could still make his way back into the Man City first-team. However, a permanent move to the Toffees seems more likely.
Stones could also join Everton, considering he played for them a decade ago. But there have been rumours involving Bayern Munich, who would be a far more attractive option.
