Manchester City’s second match in the Champions League group stage was the short trip to Scotland to face Celtic.
This was going to be no easy task as Celtic Park is a fortress on European nights and Wednesday night was no different.
The match ended 3-3 in what was an enthralling encounter, as always Celtic used counter attacking tactics to combat City’s possession tactics and it worked.
Celtic were constantly putting pressure on Guardiola’s side, which led to many wasted passes allowing Celtic to capitalise.
Celtic took the lead three times with two goals coming from Moussa Dembele and one from Raheem Sterling’s foot as he put Kieran Tierney’s cross into his own goal.
Goals from Fernandinho, Sterling and Nolito brought City level in what was a thrilling match of football under the lights in Glasgow.
