Manchester City striker Sergio Agüero has decided that he will not press any charges against the Wigan fan who he accused of spitting at him in his sides’ FA Cup defeat at the DW Stadium on Monday night, as reported by the Daily Mail.
The Argentine reacted to the Wigan fan and had to be pulled away by his teammates following the issue caused by the Wigan pitch invasion.
Agüero would rather focus on his team than worry about pressing any charges, with his side facing a massive game against Arsenal on Sunday in the final of the Carabao Cup.

Both clubs have revealed that they know the identity of the person who was involved in the incident with Agüero, but City want Wigan to deal with the matter at this stage.
This followed a poor performance from City which saw them bow out of the FA Cup to the League One club.
