Manchester City have made a final offer for Riyad Mahrez after seeing two bids turned down yesterday.

The bid is worth around £65 million and does include a City player in the deal but that player is remaining unnamed by the club.
The Foxes have remained stubborn on the matter but the fact that City have come in with an increased bid could force them to accept the offer.

City are keen to bring in attacking options after they lost winger Leroy Sane to injury for at least six weeks and have identified the Algerian as their alternative.
The Foxes player also didn’t turn up to training on Tuesday prior to the fixture against Everton at Goodison Park as he attempts to force a move out of the club on deadline day.
Mahrez has put the club under pressure to sell him to the league leaders which isn’t ideal preparation for Claude Puel’s side, who face an important Premier League game this evening.
The player didn’t even warn the club about this, leaving the players and coaching staff wondering what had happened to him.
