Manchester City will be looking to flex their financial muscle in this summer’s transfer window, and they’re reportedly looking to bring Monaco star Kylian Mbappé to the Etihad.
The young forward has taken the footballing world by storm over the course of the past season, impressing on the European stage and cementing his place up top in Leonardo Jardim’s Monaco side.
Mbappé’s goals helped Monaco to an elusive Ligue 1 title, along with him playing a part in their success in the Champions League.
However, if clubs are serious about their interest in the France international, they will have to cough up an astronomical amount of money, which is exactly what City are quoted by Téléfoot as doing, lodging a reported €130m bid.

It’s a huge price to pay for someone so young, but Mbappé is an undeniable talent with a huge future ahead of him, which has also led to Téléfoot reporting that Real Madrid have matched City’s offer.
