Manchester City will looking to get back to winning ways when they take on Hull City at the Etihad Stadium on Saturday afternoon.
Pep Guardiola’s men go into the game on the back of a four-game winless run after Wednesday’s disappointing defeat at the hands of league leaders Chelsea and will be desperate to get three points to further consolidate their top four status.
City are only four points clear of fifth-placed Arsenal, with the Gunners also having a game in hand on the Citizens. Both sides will play each other in an FA Cup semi-final on the 23rd April.
Hull City are currently involved in an intense relegation battle and managed to get a great 4-2 win over fellow relegation rivals Middlesbrough at the KC Stadium.
Marco Silva has brought a different style of football that has given Hull a chance to stay in the Premier League and has made them a side that can give any opponent a competitive game.
In the reverse fixture, City comfortably beat the Tigers 3-0 at the KC Stadium, with Yaya Toure, Kelechi Iheanacho and a Curtis Davies own-goal being the difference between both sides.
Here’s how we expect Pep Guardiola to set out his team for the game:
