Manchester City are set to split the cost of Brazil’s flight home from their recent World Cup 2018 qualifiers for their key man Fernandinho, the Mirror reports.
The report states that Pep Guardiola’s side will split the reported £120k fee for the flight along with Premier League clubs Liverpool and Chelsea to get their respective Brazilian players home.
Chelsea will be hoping that David Luiz and Willian can return to the club as soon as possible, with The Reds looking to get key attackers Roberto Firmino and Philippe Coutinho back in contention.

Fernandinho has been a key performer for City this season, impressing many with some excellent performances in midfield in Guardiola’s new system.
It’s important that he’s available for the upcoming clash away at Crystal Palace as City look to find their way back up the table and to the very top of the Premier League.
Fernandinho is likely to fly home after his country’s qualifier against Peru on Tuesday night.
