Manchester City continued their perfect start to the season with a second win over Swansea in a matter of days.
A brace from Sergio Aguero and a goal for Raheem Sterling gave City the win, while Fernando Llorente scored a fine goal for the hosts to net the equaliser in the first-half.
City were not always at their most free-flowing and were made to work for their victory, just like the game in midweek the Swans caused plenty of problems.
But Pep Guardiola’s men had a bagful of chances and should have scored five or six with the opportunities they created.
They had to rely on a penalty decision from the referee to get their noses back infront after Kevin De Bruyne was hit by a flailing arm from Mike van der Hoorn – Aguero duly dispatching.
Then Sterling sealed the win, the City No.7 completely destroying the last Swansea defender before slotting home and embracing the City fans as he celebrated.
Here are four findings from the game.
