Manchester City produced an entertaining performance in a highly competitive Manchester derby on Saturday, with Pep Guardiola’s side taking all three points back to the Etihad after a 2-1 win.
City commanded the opening 40 minutes and snatched a 2-0 lead through Kevin De Bruyne and Kelechi Iheanacho, who was brought in to replace the suspended Sergio Aguero.
However, a debut blunder from Claudio Bravo saw the Blues go into the break with just a one-goal lead. A very even second half left fans on the edge of their seats but City held firm and defended their 2-1 lead, with another effort from De Bruyne going close to sealing the win.
After the match, fans voted for who they thought was City’s best performer. The results of the poll are revealed in the following slideshow, with a countdown from 5th to 1st.
P.S. The duel results are calculated using the percentage of duels won for each player, so results are not expected to add to 100.
