City and West Ham have a long history of playing each other, ever since the first game between the pair in April 1924 (a game City won 2-1, we might add).
Of course, many readers will be too young to remember that and many more of the 102 matches between The Blues and The Hammers at various grounds over the last 90 or so years.
But that number becomes 103 this weekend, with Slaven Bilic visiting with West Ham for his second game at The Etihad since taking over in East London just over a year ago. Last year he left happy with all three points, but Pep Guardiola will be hoping to ensure that doesn’t happen again on Sunday.
In preparation, cast your mind back: can you remember every player who’s scored for City against The Hammers in the Premier League era (cup games included)? You have 7 minutes to try and recall all 29.
The hints we’ve given include the amount of goals each player has against West Ham, and the years represent the time period those goals were scored in, not the time they spent at the club.
Good luck!
