Manchester City striker Kelechi Iheanacho reportedly wants a huge wage rise, according to the Mirror.
The Nigerian has exploded onto the scene this season, scoring an impressive 13 goals in his debut campaign in the City first-team.
Such a promising run of form has led to him becoming a full Nigeria international and his advisors believe he now warrants a higher wage. Iheanacho is said to be on a current wage of around £15,000 and his agents want that figure to rise to £150,000, having seen what the likes of Raheem Sterling and Wilfried Bony are earning at the club.
The 19-year old moved ahead of Bony in the City striking department with a series of confident displays – including a hat-trick away at Aston Villa in the FA Cup and a recent brace against Southampton at St Mary’s.

There is an ongoing fiasco in who is representing the player. Eleven Management, hailing from the United States, have worked with him for a considerable period and helped make his transfer to City happen in 2014. However now Stellar Group from London are claiming to be his advisers.

City will look to improve Iheanacho’s wage after seeing his rise this season, but they will likely want to ensure Kelechi stays grounded – and that will mean refraining from accepting such steep wage demands.
