Manchester City are believed to be seriously interested in talented West Ham youngster Reece Oxford, who has also been linked with Chelsea, Arsenal, Liverpool and Manchester United.
According to ESPN, West Ham do not want to sell the 17-year old, who they have earmarked as a top prospect.

But they will likely not put off City, with the club now having a reputation for bringing in the very best English talent to the exceptional £200m City Football Academy facility.
Patrick Roberts arrived from Fulham in the summer and had a handful of first-team appearances before being loaned out to Celtic.
Oxford came into his own at the start of the season when he was handed a start in West Ham’s 2-0 win over Arsenal on the opening weekend of the season – putting in a remarkably mature display in keeping the likes of Mesut Ozil quiet.

Equally adept in defence and midfield, West Ham would surely not let their top talent leave on the cheap so if City are indeed keen, they will have to dig deep to get their man.
