Manchester City winger Raheem Sterling says that he doesn’t feel pressure despite his hefty price tag.
Sterling moved to City for a total fee of £49m in the summer – a sum that has heavily scrutinised by fans and pundits alike.

The 21-year old has hit 8 goals this season, including two in the Champions League win over Borussia Monchengladbach, and says that easily forgets about the price tag.
Sterling is quoted by the Mirror as saying:
Probably when I first heard about it, but now it’s gone out of my head. I’m in a new place now, I feel like I’m at home.
Every day I come into training I don’t think about that fee, because I’m trying to do my best for the club and repay the people that have had faith in me. That’s something I will be trying to do in the near future.

Sterling became the most expensive English player in history in his summer move to City, but clearly he does not regret joining the Blues.
When asked about who he thinks are the favourites in the Premier League title race, he told the BBC that it is his own team who should lead the pack at the end of the season.
Man City. I know I’m going to be biased, but I think we have the team to top it at the end of the season, most definitely.
