Reports in Italy suggest that Manchester City could make a January move for Inter striker Mauro Icardi.
Gazzetta Dello Sport believe that the Blues would be prepared to pay around £29m for Icardi, who has been out of form for Inter Milan this season.
The Argentine notched up an impressive 22 goals last term but has failed to repeat his heroics this time, with a mere four goals.
The 22-year old signed a new contract this summer and was appointed captain for the 2015/16 campaign. He has however been in the limelight for the wrong reasons this season – with a reported run-in with ex-City boss Roberto Mancini, who dropped the player against Roma in October.

Much like the last player who made the move from Inter to City, Icardi is a controversial figure and was involved in an on-field row with Dani Osvaldo last season.
That could put off Manuel Pellegrini, who has a tendency to get rid of any ‘bad eggs’ in the City camp.
Icardi is a former Barcelona youth player and represents Argentina at international level.
