Back to winning ways! Albeit in the League Cup but nevertheless an excellent showing from the boys in… Err yellow!!

Willy Caballero: Made a couple of good stops. Kicking was dodgy at times but steady all round: 6.5
Bacary Sagna: Little to do but handled the game well, took it easy: 6.5
Nicholas Otamendi: Made a few mistakes but recovered well and defended solidly: 7.
Martin Demichelis: The usual well timed tackles and solid passing: 7.
Aleksandar Kolarov: Linked up well with Sterling as we’d seen in the games previous: 6.5
Fernando: Had an excellent first half, won all his tackles and recycled possession very well: 7.5
Yaya Toure: First half ticked by for the Ivorian without any qualms, as did the second: 6.5
Jesus Navas: Won our penalty well; much better showing that his West Ham performance: 7.
Kevin de Bruyne: Fantastic finish for our second and at the heart of everything well we did. Good assist for our fourth. Exciting times ahead for him: 8.
Raheem Sterling: Probably will go down as an own goal but did well to get in the position he was in and get his shot off for our third. Excellent goal four our fourth, which he took well. Looked spiritely and dribbled well: 8.
Sergio Aguero: Well taken penalty, desperately needed that goal. God knows how he missed an open net after rounding Mannone: 7.

Patrick Roberts: Nice to see him make a cameo: 5.
Manu Garcia: As above. Good experience for the kid: 5.
George Evans: First City player to represent us at every age level after his cameo, impressive feat: 5.
