PSV Eindhoven are leading the chase for Karim Rekik this summer according to Eindhovens Dagblad, with the Dutch defender undecided on his future and possibly considering making a permanent move away from Eastlands after spending two seasons back on loan in his native Holland.
There have been rumours for some time that Rekik may call time on his City career, with clubs being linked with a move for him simultaneously. With Clichy and Kolarov seemingly set to stay at City, and Angelino ready to step into the first-team fold in the foreseeable future, the days of Rekik could be numbered, and PSV want to make his temporary stay with them a permanent one.
However, The Blues want a £3.5 million fee for the Dutchman, and also want a buy-back clause included in the deal in case they want to bring Rekik back to Eastlands in the future. Marseille are also thought to be keen on signing the youngster, and he is yet to decide if he even wants to leave City or not. Hopefully, he decides to stay and challenge for a role in the team.
