With the season close to coming to an end, have City’s pre-match training shirts for the new season been leaked? footyheadlines.com has the pictures, which contain three wildly different kits.
White and sky blue
The site leaking these photos believe this shirt specifically will be the pre-match training shirt, and boasts a faded patten of traditional City sky blue at the bottom, which graduates to white in the top half. The back also carries “City” emblazoned between the shoulders, while the front is expected to show the usual Etihad sponsor upon release.
Sky blue
Compared to the previous kit, this sky blue design shows off a relatively simple design comprised almost entirely of sky blue, with white trim around the neck and down the arms. It is also expected to show the Etihad Airways sponsor.
Navy blue/sky blue
In stark contrast to the previous two kits, this kit showcases a much darker design, mostly navy blue but in a similar patten to the second training shirt, has trim around the neck and on the arms – instead of white, it is sky blue. This reflects some of the darker designs City have been going for in recent years.
