Bernardo Silva linked with Serie A giants after Champions League disaster

Bernardo Silva was sent off against Real Madrid on Tuesday night, but this has done nothing to put clubs off attempting to sign him this summer.

We have likely seen Bernardo Silva play his final Champions League match in a Manchester City shirt and it ended in the worst way possible.

Silva used his elbow to prevent Vinicus Jr from opening the scoring in the first half, which led to him being shown a red card.

However, one bad night will do very little to damage the club captain’s reputation, with clubs lining up to secure his signature this summer.

Juventus are exploring a move for Bernardo Silva

Lots of teams are rumoured to be interested in Silva and Juventus are among them, according to Matteo Moretto.

The Italian club would not have to pay a penny in transfer fees to sign the midfielder, but they are enquiring about the other costs required to bring him to Turin.

It has already been reported that Silva is set to leave Man City, so Juventus definitely have a chance to make him their own. Nevertheless, they will need to find a way to stand out from the competition.

Man City will be busy this summer

Saying Manchester City are not a complete team has become Pep Guardiola’s new favourite slogan, so it was already likely they would be bringing in a host of new players.

This is now even more likely if Silva moves on this summer, as he will probably not be the only one.

It is essential that City are able to compete with the best clubs in both the Premier League and in Europe, which has not been the case this season.

Silva has been immense over the years, but now could be the right time for him to try something new and allow Man City to move forwards and build a team for the future.
