Manchester City star Kevin De Bruyne is refusing to accept that the club are in a two-horse race for the Premier League title with Manchester United.
ESPN report that De Bruyne feels it is too early to rule other teams out of the race but acknowledges that United are their nearest competitor right now.
For the moment I think so, but everybody’s still there. It’s so early, if you lose two or three games you go back to a [lower] position. We have to maintain this.

City are two points ahead of Manchester United at the top of the Premier League, while they’re also five points ahead of Spurs in third place, as well as being a huge nine points ahead of champions Chelsea.
De Bruyne has put in a number of impressive performances in recent weeks against Chelsea and Stoke in particular, helping City to extend their gap at the top of the league.
The Belgian only has two goals to his name but has managed seven assists across all competitions already this season.
City welcome Burnley to the Etihad this weekend after seeing off Napoli during the week.
