Manchester City winger Raheem Sterling could be headed for the Emirates Stadium as part of a January deal which would see Alexis Sanchez come the other way.
According to The Mirror, the pair could be swapped between Arsenal and City as the Gunners try to make something of Sanchez’s value whilst he is still contracted to them.

The same swap deal was rumoured during the summer transfer window, but Arsenal were reportedly told by City that Sterling, who is six years Sanchez’s junior, was not for sale.
However, Arsene Wenger is a big fan of the young English winger and will try again in January to lure him to the Emirates Stadium.
Sterling joined City from Liverpool in 2015 after 129 appearances for the Merseyside club. Since his move to Manchester, he has played 100 times for City, scoring 24 goals, including three in six appearances so far this season.

Sanchez joined Arsenal from La Liga side Barcelona in 2014 and has scored 73 times in 147 appearances for the north London side.
The Chilean has won quite an amount of silverware throughout his career, including La Liga, two FA Cups, the Copa del Rey, the UEFA Super Cup and Copa America (twice).
City’s next fixture is at home to Crystal Palace in the Premier League on Saturday.
