Manchester City have cooled their interest in AS Monaco starlet, Kylian Mbappe.
The Times report that Manchester City have been quoted £110 million for the young French attacker, who has taken Ligue 1 by storm this season.
Pep Guardiola is thought to be a huge admirer of the youngster but is unwilling to break the world transfer record for a player so young.
Mbappe has stood out in the current AS Monaco side, who are chasing the French title this season, with 23 goals to his name in all competitions.
The French youngster rose to prominence to the rest of the world during City’s two games against Monaco in the Champions League.
Over the two legs, Mbappe scored twice over the course of the two legs, with two brilliantly-taken goals.
Europe’s elite have all been quoted with interest in the youngster, but the likes of Real Madrid and Barcelona appear to be leading the race to sign the Monaco forward.
