According to the Mirror, Manchester City are looking to bring in young French winger Kingsley Coman as part of a massive £200 million summer spending spree.
Coman was brought to Bayern Munich from Juventus on a long-term loan deal by current City bus Pep Guardiola at the start of last season. Guardiola is keen to be reunited with the young Frenchman and wants to incorporate him into his system for next season.
Despite Bayern having the option to sign Coman on a permanent basis, Guardiola’s successor Carlo Ancelotti will unlikely trigger the clause. This has given City the chance to sign Coman, with French sources suggesting the club are ready to spend up to £40 million to sign Coman ahead of their close European and league rivals.

The report from the Mirror also suggests that Guardiola is looking to add Coman to his youthful attacking trio of Leroy Sane, Raheem Sterling and Gabriel Jesus. This would mean that City could have one of the most exciting attacking trio in world football.

Coman is a quick, talented and technically gifted winger, and is one of the most promising youngsters of his generation. His main attributes are his good dribbling skills, his vision and his pace and acceleration. He can play anywhere along the offensive positions, so he would be a very reliable utility player in terms of his positional sense.
