Celta Vigo winger Nolito is flying to England to complete his £13.8m transfer to Manchester City after Spain’s premature Euro 2016 exit, according to the Daily Telegraph.

City triggered the Spaniard’s buy-out clause earlier this month but were forced to wait for Nolito to undergo a medical, with the 29-year-old taking part in this summer’s European Championships.
Nolito is expected to become Guardiola’s second signing of the summer, following in Ilkay Gundogan’s footsteps in joining the Sky Blues.

Having netted 12 goals in La Liga last season, Nolito was linked with a host of Europe’s top clubs. However, it appears that City have won the race to sign him and the wide midfielder will be part of the Citizens’ pre-season preparations.
Jesus Navas and Samir Nasri, both of whom play in similar positions to Nolito, now face an anxious wait to see if their futures are the club are still secure.
