Manchester City fans would prefer to keep Bacary Sagna over Pablo Zabaleta, according to a poll on Read Man City.

The poll, which ran on Monday, revealed that 56% of the supporters that took part would sell Zabaleta and keep Sagna. This compared to just 19% who would sell Sagna, 14% who would sell both and 11% who opted to keep both of them at the Etihad this summer.
Both players could be victims of Pep Guardiola’s summer overhaul at the club, as he looks to prepare his squad for his first season in charge.

Zabaleta has been at the centre of speculation this summer after an injury-plagued 2015/16 saw Sagna overtake him in the pecking order for City’s right-back spot.
Suitors include Italian sides Roma and Inter Milan, with Juventus’ Stephan Lichtsteiner touted as a potential replacement.

Sagna has also been named as a target for Roma and could be moved along this summer due to his age and high wage.
