Manchester City midfielder Seko Fofana is a summer target for a number of European clubs, according to French newspaper L’Equipe.

Fofana spent last season on loan at SC Bastia, who are understood to be interested in re-signing the 21-year-old, and earned a lot of plaudits in France.
The youngster is concerned about the lack of game time he will get under incoming City boss Pep Guardiola and, as a result, is looking to secure a move away.
It is unconfirmed, as of yet, whether Fofana will leave on a permanent deal or whether he will spend another loan stint away from the club.

As well as SC Bastia, Hamburg, Torino and Queens Park Rangers are looking into signing the uncapped Frenchman.
Bastia would be unable to sign Fofana for any fee because of their current financial limitations, but the other three clubs are all in a position to pay the fee requested by City.

This means that The Lions of Furiani are outsiders to secure Fofana’s signature, but the central midfielder may prefer a move back to his home country.
