Manchester City midfielder Fabian Delph revealed that he sees ghosts ‘all the time’ in an interview with CityTV.
Talking to CityTV presenter Nicola McCarthy, Delph made the admission that he had previously encountered spirits and once saw one holding another body.
The 26-year-old also said that he remained calm when the ghosts were in his presence because he knew that they meant no harm.
They weren’t there to harm me. It was carrying a body and went out onto my balcony and then disappeared.
McCarthy, at first, thought that the England international was joking following his April Fool’s Day prank that he played on her, but Delph insisted that he was deadly serious.
He reported sightings at a hotel near Villa Park almost six years ago and, the most recent, in his bedroom around four months ago.
Left stunned by Delph’s stories, McCarthy announced that she was skeptical and had been ‘weirded out’ by the honesty with which the former-Aston Villa anchor spoke.
