Manchester City midfielder Fabian Delph has returned to full training and is expected to be available for the Sky Blues’ trip to Bournemouth this weekend.
The 26-year-old has been sidelined since mid-February when he suffered an Achilles injury against surprise league leaders Leicester but is available for the last few games of City’s season.

Delph’s first season at the Etihad Stadium has been plagued by injuries and the ex-Villa playmaker has made just 16 appearances for the Citizens this term, scoring on two occasions.
The England international is now facing an uphill battle to make Roy Hodgson’s 23-man squad that will travel to France this summer for the European Championships.

The club’s official website welcomed Delph back after his long-term absence with a video showing his most memorable moments in a City shirt so far.
Attacking duo Samir Nasri and Kevin De Bruyne are also believed to be nearing a return and could yet be available for the aforementioned trip to the Vitality Stadium but are more likely to be saved for the first leg of City’s huge Champions League clash with French giants Paris Saint-Germain, which takes place next week.
