Man City Consultant: City can “definitely afford” to buy Messi

Talking ahead of the Soccerex Transfer Review Winter 15/16 by Prime Time Sports, Esteve Calzada, Senior Consultant to Manchester City FC & CEO of Prime Time Sports, looks ahead to the managerial changes in the Premier League and what might happen in the Summer 2016 transfer window.

Esteve says that Manchester City could, in theory, afford to sign Lionel Messi, if they could persuade Barcelona to let him leave and if they could convince the player to make the move to England.

Esteve also discusses the impact that Pep Guardiola’s arrival could have on City’s 2016 Summer transfer activity.
