Manchester City slipped to a fourth Premier League defeat against Stoke at lunchtime – succumbing to a 2-0 loss at the hands of the Potters.
Unlike some defeats in recent times, Stoke were clearly the deserving victors and were it at it from the start.
Xherdan Shaqiri tormented City on the right and delivered a perfect cross for Arnautovic to prod home the opener.
And it was the same combination that got the better of City for the second game – with Shaqiri picking out the Austrian who gobbled up the second with aplomb.
In all truth, it could have been more for the home side as City were outfought and outplayed at the Brittania Stadium.
