Manchester City have been in inspired form so far this season, collecting a total of 15 points from five games and yet to concede a goal.
Understandably, the Blues go into the Champions League clash with confidence sky-high.
So far this term, Pellegrini has normally stuck with the same sort of side and formation, until recently opting to revert for 4-4-2 for the Palace trip, before Sergio Aguero was hauled off after a nasty Scott Dann challenge.
Silva and Sterling are both fit for the game according to Pellegrini, while it is hoped that Fernandino and Nasri will both be fit after suffering slight knocks.

The calibre of players on show and the fact that pressure is on more than ever after a strong start means that Pellegrini could well ring the changes.
We look at how City should line up for the fixture.
GK: Joe Hart
A no-brainer really. England’s No.1 is yet to concede a goal this season and looks as assured as ever. Over the years he has produced some incredible individual displays in Europe, namely against Dortmund and Barcelona and City may well need him at his best tomorrow evening.
RB: Bacary Sagna
With Pablo Zabaleta still sidelined, Bacary Sagna is the only choice at right-back and is now one of the first names on the teamsheet. The Frenchman has played in a number of the high-profile games for the Blues and again he will get the nod tomorrow.
CB: Vincent Kompany
A re-energised Vincent Kompany is what we have saw so far this season and City fans will be hoping the skipper continues on the same path against Juventus, who despite their difficulties this season, do possesses a fair share of firepower.

CB: Nicolas Otamendi
Perhaps an odd shout as Mangala has been brilliant so far this season. But when you pay £30m plus for a centre-back of Otamendi’s ilk, you may as well make use of him. I feel as though the new man should be afforded his debut against the Old Lady in what is undoubtedly a massive test.
LB: Aleksandar Kolarov
Seemingly always linked with a move back to Serie A, Aleksandar Kolarov will know all about Juventus having turned out for Lazio before his move to City. The Serb is a great attacking tool for City to have and I would fancy him to create some havoc with his overlapping runs down Juventus’ right flank.
CM: Fernandinho
It’s still not 100% certain as to whether the Brazilian will be fit for the game but let’s assume (and hope) that it is the case. ‘Ferna’ has returned to his normal level so far this season and his energy will be needed against a Juventus outfit who have an array of midfield options, even with the sales of Andrea Pirlo and Arturo Vidal.

CM: Yaya Toure
In a must-see duel, Yaya Toure and Paul Pogba are set to do battle at the Etihad on Tuesday night. Claudio Marchisio will be absent from the Juve side and that could give Toure the initiative in midfield. But Pogba, often touted as Toure’s successor, needs to be contained and so City will need a more disciplined Yaya Toure in this contest.
RM: Kevin De Bruyne
The Belgian made his debut in slightly bittersweet circumstances against Palace at the weekend when he replaced the injured Sergio Aguero. De Bruyne produced a positive performance with some very neat touches on the ball. He would have had a first assist had Jesus Navas not squandered the great chance presented to him. Must start against Juventus.
AM: David Silva
The diminutive Spaniard is expected to be fit for the Juventus clash, in what is a huge boost for the Blues. When played as No.10, the teams looks balanced. Balance is exactly what City need in their European quest, particularly in fixtures like this. Here’s hoping he can muster up some magic against the Italian Champions.
LM: Raheem Sterling
Another absentee from the Palace win, Raheem Sterling trained with the team normally today and is in line to return to the field. Following a disappointing time in the Champions League last season with Liverpool, the winger will be desperate to make an impression in sky blue colours. Could cause some serious problems for the Juventus backline.

ST: Wilfried Bony
With talisman Sergio Aguero now ruled out of the fixture, it’s time for Wilfried Bony to step up to the mark. Juventus are yet to win a game in Serie A and have been exposed in defence on a couple of occasions. Sterling is an option for the striker berth but against physical defenders like Chiellini, Bonucci and co, Bony will be ideal. His hold-up play in attack will be key.
