Fantasy Premier League managers now know how much City‘s Deadline Day arrivals will cost them – and Iliman Ndiaye is one of the more interesting options.
City have confirmed the FPL prices of their six newest first-team signings, with £125m arrival Enzo Fernández the most expensive at £6.9m.
Ndiaye is available for £6.0m following his £60m move from Everton.
That makes him the same price as fellow new arrival Allan and £0.4m cheaper than Elliot Anderson.
Is Ndiaye worth the gamble?
Fantasy managers already know plenty about Ndiaye.
He was priced at £6.0m at Everton and had attracted plenty of interest before his Deadline Day move to the Etihad.
The question now is whether joining City makes him a better FPL option – or a more difficult one to trust.
Ndiaye was a regular starter at Everton and had penalty-taking responsibilities. Neither is guaranteed in a City squad containing Erling Haaland, Rayan Cherki, Phil Foden, Antoine Semenyo, Jérémy Doku and Allan.
Haaland also removes any realistic prospect of Ndiaye retaining penalty duties.
At £6.0m, though, he remains an interesting option if he can establish himself in Enzo Maresca‘s side.
City’s other new arrivals are priced at £6.9m for Fernández, £6.4m for Anderson, £6.0m for Allan, £5.5m for Ayyoub Bouaddi and £5.0m for goalkeeper Gerónimo Rulli.
And with promoted Coventry visiting the Etihad on Saturday, Fantasy managers won’t have to wait long to discover how Maresca intends to use his new toys.
