# Man City announce joint FA Cup and WSL celebration featuring bus parade and Co-op Live event

- Man City celebrating success on all fronts
- Supporters invited to join in
- Special event scheduled for May 25

**Manchester City have announced a joint celebratory event between the men’s and women’s first-teams which will take place a week on Monday.**

What a month it has been for Manchester City! The FA Youth Cup, WSL trophy and FA Cup have all been added to the club’s cabinet.

City’s most recent success required a lot of fighting spirit, with fine margins separating them from Chelsea.

It was Antoine Semenyo who came up with the defining moment, as he found the net with an audacious backheel.

Those who choose to attend the later event will be able to watch the buses tour the area on a live stream.

It is a case of choosing one or the other, as the parade begins at 4pm local time, while those heading to the after party must arrive no later than 5pm.

## City will hope to have another trophy to celebrate

Man City might have just won the FA Cup, but the season is not yet over. Indeed, there are still two matches left to play in the Premier League.

The Citizens will take on Bournemouth this coming Tuesday, before rounding things off with a clash against Aston Villa at the Etihad.

If they win both matches and Arsenal drop points against either Burnley or Crystal Palace, there could be a Premier League trophy to celebrate as well.

However, there is plenty of work to be done in order to have a shot at winning English football’s ultimate prize.

## Pep Guardiola knows the demands of City’s schedule

Reacting to the announcement of these planned celebrations, Pep Guardiola has pointed out how much his team must give before the season concludes.

According to the manager, he will not be taking the time to drink and be jubilant, as Man City still have impending games to prepare for.

“Not even one beer \[tonight\],” Guardiola said. “Next Monday, after Aston Villa, we are going to celebrate it with the women’s team.

“The Club said to me, a parade in Manchester because it must be celebrated, both teams.”
