Predicted XI: Wolves (H)
Manchester City look an unstoppable force as we enter the final week of October, with only Everton having stopped Pep Guardiola’s side winning a game so far this season across all competitions.
With their lead at the top of the Premier League table now five points, City can take their minds off chasing another title and back onto the Carabao Cup.
After seeing off West Brom in the last round, City welcome Championship high-flyers Wolves to the Etihad this week.
Wolves spent big in the summer and it’s paying off as they currently lead England’s second tier and are favourites for promotion, but in reality, City should be too strong for the Midlands club.
Guardiola will use this an opportunity to rotate his starting XI, but Vincent Kompany remains sidelined with a calf injury.
Here is our predicted XI for Tuesday night’s game.
