Manchester City haven’t had the most fruitful of seasons and it’s largely been a forgettable campaign for the Blues.
Many of the City players have regressed and everything points towards them leaving in the summer. The likes of Wilfried Bony, Martin Demichelis and Aleksandar Kolarov are almost certain to leave while fan favourites Vincent Kompany and Pablo Zabaleta could also move on.
The current squad needs refreshing and will likely result in a major summer overhaul for Pep Guardiola – who is reportedly already planning for next season. And though the Spaniard would be well within his rights to get rid of a good chunk of City players following a bitterly disappointing campaign, he does not need to sell every man and his dog.
