Who was Manchester City’s Man of the Match against Arsenal?

Manchester City’s final home game of the season ended in a 2-2 draw as the Blues were pegged back by Arsene Wenger’s Arsenal.

City displayed a level of fight and intensity that had been lacking all season and they were good value for the lead when Sergio Aguero finished smartly.

But the scores were level moments later when Olivier Giroud headed home from a corner. In the second half, City went back ahead through Kevin De Bruyne’s excellently taken goal but Alexis Sanchez grabbed a point from Arsenal.

City are now relying on results elsewhere to reach the Champions League, which is incredibly disappointing, but the performance today was promising.
