Player Ratings: Manchester City 4-0 Stoke City

Manchester City cruised to a comfortable 4-0 win as they dismantled a Stoke City team who posed little to no threat for the Blues.

Fernando opened the scoring before Aguero doubled City’s lead just before half-time. The second half continued in similar fashion as Manuel Pellegrini’s side pushed to get a third.

It eventually came as Kelechi Iheanacho slotted home after great work on the right from Pablo Zabaleta. Kelechi got his brace late on after he was put through on goal by Wilfried Bony – he rounded the keeper and rolled it home.

The three points come vitally to City who continue to battle for a coveted Champions League spot, next up in the league for the Blues is a trip to the south coast where they face Southampton on the 1st of May.
