PSG 2 Manchester City 2: Player Ratings

Manchester City scored two huge away goals in a game which finished 2-2 in Paris. The Blues will be happy to have scored their goals in such a dramatic game which started with a penalty miss and ended in frantic fashion with City scoring late on through Fernandinho.

Kevin de Bruyne gave the Blues the lead in the first half, only for Fernando to gift Zlatan Ibrahimovic an equaliser less than five minutes later when he failed to deal with a short goal kick from Joe Hart. The French side then took the lead for the first time through Adrien Rabiot after the break before Fernandinho’s all-important equaliser; the Brazilian reacting well to scramble the ball home and hand City the advantage on what was an eventful evening.

City will go into the second leg to face a PSG team who will be without Luiz, Matuidi, Pastore and Verratti who are out through injury and suspension respectively, so will fancy their chances.
