Match gallery: PSG 2 Manchester City 2

Manchester City handed themselves a precious advantage ahead of their Champions League second leg after snatching two away goals in a pulsating 2-2 draw against PSG at the Parc de Princes.

Competing in their very first quarter final appearance, the Blues showed they were up to the French champions’ challenge by taking a surprise early lead through a sweet Kevin de Bruyne strike after a swift counter attack, moments prior to a Zlatan Ibrahimovic penalty which was smartly saved by Joe Hart.

Despite being pegged back by a freak Ibrahimovic goal and a Adrien Rabiot tap-in, City showed great character to grab themselves an equaliser when Fernandinho was first to capitalise on a loose ball in the area and fire home.

City now find themselves in a good position to progress when the two teams meet again at the Etihad in a weeks time.
