The Last Five: Manchester City at Carrow Road

Saturday lunchtime sees City travel to East Anglia to play relegation threatened Norwich City in a hugely important fixture for both sides. Carrow Road has been a happy hunting ground for Manchester City in recent visits, with the Blues chalking up four wins and a draw in the last five trips to Norfolk.

Fresh off the back of a four goal second half against Aston Villa, City’s marksmen will hope to continue in the same vein against one of the league’s most porous defences. Recent history would suggest this is likely. In addition to the series of victories against the Canaries, City supporters have had several goals to cheer along the way too – 16 over those five games.

Here we take a more detailed look at those five games in question, many of them memorable, as we aim to whet the appetite ahead of this crucial clash.

So come on! Let’s be having you!

matchday.
