# In Pictures: City top the group with dramatic finale

Manchester City left it late but were back on track with a stunning win over Borussia Monchengladbach.

City took the lead through David Silva who smashed home at the near post after collecting a clever backheel from Raheem Sterling.

But Gladbach completed a quick turnaround with goals from Korb and Rafael putting the Germans in the ascendancy at half-time.

Yet City produced an outstanding second-half display and got their rewards for territorial dominance when Sterling scored twice – the second of which was a gorgeous finish.

Substitute Wilfried Bony added gloss on the victory with a fourth, meaning City top the group and may well avoid a nightmare draw.

Here are a selection of images from the game.
