Man City agree deal for Aston Villa wonderkid Heaven Kilwa, 16

City have agreed a deal to sign 16-year-old winger Heaven Kilwa from Aston Villa for the Academy, according to Fabrizio Romano.

Kilwa has already signed the necessary paperwork with City, with the move now progressing through the Premier League’s five-step process.

The teenager is regarded as an exciting young prospect and will continue his development within City’s Academy setup once the transfer is formally completed.

The move is another example of City continuing to invest heavily in young talent, with the club looking to strengthen its youth ranks alongside its first-team recruitment this summer.

Kilwa’s move to the Etihad comes after his development at Aston Villa, where he has been part of the club’s academy system.

The deal is not yet formally complete, with the Premier League process still required before the transfer can be officially confirmed.
